How can we help you ADAPT?
Our services
In Person/Virtual Training
We offer a series of different in-person and virtual trainings to meet the needs of your organization. Our primary courses include in-person FEMA instruction for certification, to include:
Intermediate Incident Command for Expanding Incidents (ICS-300)
Advanced Incident Command for Complex Incidents (ICS-400)
Incident Command/Emergency Operations Center Interface
We also offer our very own hands-on ICS Basics Practical Course that is tailored to meet your entity’s identified response structures. We are also able to provide live hands-on operational certification classes:
ASHI CPR/AED for Adults and Infants, Stop The Bleed, and First Aid
Discussion-Based Exercises
We offer the ability to design and facilitate discussion-based Workshops and Tabletop Exercises (TTX) that can either be a single topic over the course of a few hours up to a full day, or a series of progressive topics over the course of several months. Workshops will typically be more focused on identifying practical pathways and solutions in the moment, while Tabletop Exercises will focus more on strategic approaches and direction for further exploration. (Carried out in-person or virtually)
Functional/Full-Scale Exercises
We offer the ability to lead (or support) the design, coordination, and facilitation of a Functional or Full-Scale Exercise (FE/FSE). These exercises provide the ability to practice the more practical/hands-on elements of a response in a more real-world environment. An exercise of this type requires at least 6-8 months of time, depending on complexity. Our work can also provide facilitation of Hotwashes and After-Action Meetings for further improvement steps. (Planned virtual, led in-person)
Subject Matter Expertise
A more flexible option for your organization’s needs, we offer our Subject Matter Expertise in Emergency Management and Public Safety/First Responder insights to support your training and exercise efforts, planning and preparedness measures, and recovery operations. This is offered as a way to support the analysis of current practices, while simultaneously identifying and bridging gaps. Subject matter expertise is offered in a remote/hybrid capacity for your organization.
